The Director of Nursing establishes goals, objectives and performance standards, and Operating Policies and Procedures, interprets facility policies, standards and regulations for personnel, residents and staff. The Director of Nursing functions as a resident care advocate and nursing advocate. This is a great opportunity to show a high-level of compassion while utilizing your nursing skills.
